Technically, Yes. The question you asked is “Can” , so yes.
I’ve read the remaining answers and I have no idea why every single one has answered the question “Should a married man have a girlfriend?”
So, Whether a married man can have a girlfriend? YES, he can!
All he needs to do is keep his eyes open for someone who is willing to accept a married man as her boyfriend. Or better yet, to spice up his life with some drama, he can prefer not telling his girlfriend that he is married.
He should focus on his fitness, have a handsome amount of hair on his head and lesser amount on his body and should look little young for his age, this might be a plus point for him. Statistically, good-looking men find it easier to get a girlfriend.(Statistically, no offense.)
He should try and adopt some charismatic moves, know how be a gentleman and a crooked guy at the same time, this might help.
There are plenty of other ways, and quite generic, you don’t have to be married for it, just google “Ways to get a girlfriend”
Now when I am on the topic, let me share my perspective on:
“Should a married man have a girlfriend?”
Well, the answer to this this question depends on two things:
- how the marriage is.
- how the people in the marriage are.
If the marriage is dull, bothways, the man, even the woman, for that matter, tends to look for love/comfort in someone else. That’s how human brain is, if it loses hope to find answers in one region, it shifts its area of search to another location. And its normal, reasonable.
If the marriage seems dull to only one out of the two, it is advisable to talk it out first, try to find reason or solution before indulging in adultery.
There are times when marriage is forced, and even after trying to work it out, if the two people can’t seem to find things to love about eachother, then it’s better to fall out of marriage.
Marriages are lengthy affairs!! If you can’t stay in the same job for entire life, If you can’t eat the same kind of food , no matter how much you love it, every single day, then how can you expect to spend the entire lifetime with someone whom you can’t even love, or who doesn’t understand you?
But then, Finding someone with whom you are more of a friend than a lover, someone you really care about (vice versa), you have been your truest self with her, then A LONG MARRIAGE is nothing short of a fairy tale,
Because there are people who strive for peace their entire lives and you have it right infront of you in the form of love and STILL somehow you choose to RUIN it by having an extra marital affair , in search of NEWNESS( a topic I can write 10 more paragraphs about) , then you are an Asshole!
Because in marriages, you usually get out of your masks and peels and are presented naked to your partner. All good times and bad times are lived without filters, and you like it, because being naked is our natural tendency which we nowadays hide.
So when one of the two decides to have an extra marital affair , he/she never realises how vulnerable they are making the other one. And they can’t imagine the pain, mental trauma, sudden self questioning might do to the naked other half. That’s cruelty.
But If you have to have an affair, talk it out with your spouse first. Be kind.
Why husband have girlfriend
I’m in a relationship with my boyfriend for more than 3 years. He still has his ex’s photos and refuses to remove them. They were with each other for 5 years. He says that he doesn’t have any feeling about her or her pictures but these photos have to be saved because they are his memories and remind him of his past. He also mentions that I will never see them but maybe, after 20 years or so, we will check them together and laugh. I say why shoud he have these photos of being in each others arms, hugging or kissing each other or their portraits. I can’t undrestand it.

To be honest, I cannot understand it either. I do know that you are not alone with this problem. Some people actually keep in touch with their ex lovers through facebook, telephone and even meeting together. Research shows that these behaviors weaken relationships and lead to their destruction.
What you need to understand is that there is nothing wrong with you. Everyone has past relationships. However, for lovers to feel confidence and trust in one another, they need to know that the past is over and done. How can you feel confident about your boyfriend if he holds onto photos of his ex girlfriend? You cannot.
Sometimes people keep old photos or maintain contact with their ex because they are unhappy with their present lover. It’s usually the most recent ex that attracts their attention. There is an old saying that you should never get involved with someone who is rebounding from a failed relationship. Other times, people cannot let go of the feelings they had for their previous lover. This does not bode well for the success of the next relationship.
Painful as this might be, you may have to give your boyfriend the choice of you or the pictures. I doubt that you will ever look back on the photos in the future with a laugh. It’s not a laughing matter.
